Kat with a K

Welcome back!

Manise

Nice to see you back! I'm about to slog through the snow to Simmons College in Boston for a tour with my daughter. Sheep and Wools are around the corner and knitting mojo will return soon!

katy

Glad you had a good break. We almost bought tickets to the Zanes show, but it would have been a crappy drive home for us last night so it's probably best we didn't. Bummer.

Rachel H

Ahem. I challenge you for the title of world's slowest knitter. And there's not a single member of my knit night who would dispute my right to that title. Trust me. The time suck in my house is Webkinz with the 6 year old boy. If I got a Wii I may as well sell all my stash.

I've just come in from shoveling so I get what you feel. Though it must be worse on return from warmer climes. I don't think we are done with the snow yet. And we've had over 9 feet this winter. (there, now you can feel better)

I also get the knitting funk. I'm coming out of mine now and suspect you will too, but it might last for a while.

I can complain. I've been home longer. Another 8 inches of White Death fell last night. I fully support your complaining. I echo your complaints. I complain myself, constantly, though mostly on the inside as I too have encountered little sympathy. There are people around me who - sitting down - "love snow".

Wii. Wonderful Wii. I play tennis and bowl. I love the Wii.

Laurie

Welcome back! Manise's admonition about Sheepy Wools being nearby is a good one.

Dan Zanes? I'm jealous, my kids loved him when they were younger!

Lisa

Disney!!! I'm jealous. Bring your knitting - I always have a sock in progress with me in case we have to wait in lines.
